With pops of red and tiffany blue, this DIY rustic holiday wedding shot by Bona fide Photography is so inspiring, you’ll even get some holiday cheer in the spring and summer.  Christmas and weddings are two of my favorite things in life. They fill people’s lives with so much love and excitement.  Just thinking of the holidays right now excites me. Erin and Brian’s rustic holiday wedding really makes my heart smile with this fun DIY combination of my two favorite things.

Taking most of their inspiration from Pinterest and the mother of the bride, this lovely couple made almost everything in preparation for their wedding day. They collected items from craft stores and flea markets to get creative for their handmade holiday wedding.  Credit is certainly due to the bride’s mother who worked alongside the couple and gave her time, attention, and creativity to make her daughter’s wedding a dream come true.

This truly amazing mother of the bride, adorned the reception with centerpieces made with baby’s breath that were purchased from Sam’s Club. Yes girls, you can buy flowers from the grocery store and they can still turn out fabulous! They even purchased jars and charger plates from a flea market on Facebook and chalk painted signs from goodwill. Man, this mother of the bride is a complete genius. This super mom could be a General in the DIY bride army!

With all these powers of creativity combined, Erin and Brian were joined together in a chic handmade rustic holiday wedding embellished with chandeliers for a little touch of glam!
